e2ECTA, inc. is an energy conservation systems integrator and is the only company which can save 35% or more of a client's energy costs using proven technologies.The company supplies all of the customer's equipment for Energy Conservation - directly from the manufacturer (Lighting, Lighting Controls, HVAC, HVAC Controls, Co-generation, Fuel Cell Products and Technology). e2ECTA continues to provide full maintenance and service, upgrading the equipment with the most recent technology. e2ECTA is the only premier energy solution provider that offers a total "end to end" solution for establishing a client's energy saving needs. Our assessment services include a full site review and evaluation, consultation with our alliance partners and technology specialists to assure cutting-edge technology to increase the energy efficiency of a facility, with a full report of our findings for a 35% energy reduction to the end user.

What sets e2ECTA apart from any other company is that e2ECTA has its own engineering and development division with an eye on today's energy problems and tomorrow's solutions. We specialize in energy rebates, grants and other incentives to reduce the payback in most cases to under one year and with rates of return in excess of 100%. e2ECTA also maintains its own intellectual property rights in voltage controllers, and has in some cases the only products approved for rebates which give The Company an additional competitive advantage. The Company is headquartered in New Jersey with offices in Ambler, PA and expects to open offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and Atlanta through franchise opportunities with engineering and lighting companies.

In a period of less than one year, the company has captured every major hospital group in the state of New Jersey. The customer list is growing rapidly due to our value proposition. Currently, the company is working with four major prospects any one of which can provide revenues of 100 million each year for the foreseeable future. These are the MTA, NYC, New Jersey schools, United States Air Force, and New Jersey Municipalities.
